Project Description

Goal:

  • Coordinate the development of an online game that was released on the AstroBoy movie website for the launch of the movie as part of its promotion

Solution:

  • We did the project management for the production of the game.
  • We worked both with the Production Company and the Game Development company during the development and deployment of the game to ensure that all requirements for the game and its design were included per the specs

Results:

  • The game was released on time and on spec, to the client’s satisfaction
